HEBRON INDUSTRIAL PARK / BUILDING 2

– Hebron, KY
This 598,000 sq ft bulk distribution center has load bearing precast concrete walls and is designed to maximize the efficiency of short-term storage and distribution of products. It also boasts 32 ft clear height with conventionally framed bar joist/joist girder roof ceilings to increase storage volume capacity. Deeper truck courts enable the warehouse to handle a higher volume of truck traffic.

QUALITY GOLD WAREHOUSE & SPORTS ARENA

– Fairfield, OH
Half of this 90,000 sq ft warehouse houses five indoor sport fields and a support area, the other half includes traditional warehouse space. The building features load bearing precast wall panels, bar joist and joist girder roof, and interior steel columns. The foundation system is isolated spread footing at the interior of the building and strip footings around the perimeter of the building. At the two sets of loading docks, the footing elevation is dropped to accommodate the loading dock elevation. The interior mezzanine is designed for heavy storage live loads and is framed with metal bar joists with a three-inch concrete slab on metal form deck bearing on concrete masonry walls at the interior and on the precast building perimeter.
