Steven Schaefer Associates, Inc. began in 1976 with one person and has since grown to a staff of fifty.  Our structural engineers are located in both Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. We have at least one engineer licensed in every state and have LEED® accredited engineers. You'll find examples of our innovative structural projects of varying sizes, complexity and materials throughout the United States.

We are the largest single-practice structural engineering firm in the region and are known for our technical accuracy and expertise. Our thirty-two engineers are organized into technical teams to better serve our clients and to provide creative design and responsive service.
