Steven Schaefer Associates has been actively implementing BIM using Revit® for more than three years. We believe BIM is the future of our industry and that the benefits of additional coordination, fewer RFIs, and less change orders can improve the overall construction process by reducing project cost and reducing project schedules. We want to help lead change in our industry by integrating this collaborative, team-based design tool into our scope of services.
